31. Where a medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist holds information in respect of which an application for access or correction has been made, he shall, if he refuses to grant the application, conserve the information for as long as necessary to allow the client to exhaust the recourses provided for by law.
